Summary: - Anglia Roofline have just completed doing an excellent job replacing the facias, soffits and gutters on my bungalow. No salesmen, no pressure, no fuss, no dramas, no mess, no damage, no extra costs, no upselling and as per the initial quotation. Five stars, well earned.
Details:- Simon, who runs the business was exceptionally professional throughout, answering all my questions and dealing with all my concerns in short order, regardless of it being a holiday or a weekend. Ivan and Nathan conducted the detailed survey and, clarified exactly what was to be done.
The quality of the work performed by Ivan and Nathan was exceptional, everything neat, tidy, straight, square and properly laid out. I was particularly impressed with the reinstatement of various interfaces and services, including extractor vents, cables, and overflow pipes. The fit to the existing walls, window frames etc., was perfect and rendered ‘wasp proof’ with a neat bead of sealant.
The team performed the installation during extremely challenging January weather. The utmost care was taken when dealing with frozen tiles. Instead of pressing on, work was done elsewhere until things had thawed out. Their experience really showed out when they resolved a long-standing interface problem between the different heights/fall of the gutter for the house and flat roof extension.
Ivan and Nathan kept me informed on how things were going and what was happening next. I was particularly impressed with how the guys went the extra mile to advise me on the existing condition of the felt under my tiles, the rafters, and the condition of my flat roof.
I provided power for recharging power tool batteries, this had to be done indoors at one point due to low temperatures. Usual welfare arrangements were offered including copious 2 hourly tea and access to facilities.
The site was left clean, tidy and all waste removed. It was only right that payment was made immediately by bank transfer.

The installation guys, Nathan and Ivan done a great job. They were always on site at the time they stated, and were very polite and friendly. Not the easiest job and there were some issues with access to neighbouring properties, but Simon worked with me to resolve these issues. Work was completed in just three days. Starting with a detailed survey and a transparent and honest conversation about cost, suitability and requirements, Simon followed up with prompt and professional communication from start to finish. The install team also did a fantastic job and were very willing to stop and discuss what they were doing and report on the state of the roof once the old fascias came off.
Having recently had several poor experiences with building contractors, this job has proven to us that there are still suppliers out there doing excellent work.

Pro company that does things properly. Gave me clear advice on options for my facias and soffits. Only took a reasonable deposit that was insurance backed. Kept me informed of likely installation dates as previously agreed. Used a decent scaffolding firm who did the job properly without upsetting any neighbours. Installers did a good job very quickly. Business owner checked on the work as it was being done and afterwards. Warranties and receipts in the post two days after work completed. Neighbours impressed with the job and workers that they are considering having them back to do their houses. All done for a fair price. If you want someone using cheap plastic and hanging from a ladder you might get cheaper. If you want a proper job that is insurance backed then I can recommend this contractor.

We used Anglia Roofline to replace our soffits, fascia's and gutters. The whole process from estimating to installation was of a very high standard. Simon is a very straightforward person who came and discussed what we wanted/needed and then gave a fair and well priced quote. We had added complications that involved asbestos removal and Simon was able to liaise and work around these specialists to ensure our job completed on time.
Nathan and Ivan were a great installation team and were quick, efficient and tidy workmen.

Simon provided a really detailed description of the process, and left us confident that the work would be done professionally and to a high standard. Installation took place over two days and was very well done, they were even happy to connect a water butt up and install bird boxes while the scaffolding was in place. A very professional company who completed the job to a high quality. Ivan and Nathan were both decent chaps who just cracked on with the job and i could see that they were very conscientious about what they did.

We used Anglia Roofline to replace our Bargeboards which had previously been capped and the timbers had rotted underneath .
They took all old stuff down and renewed with white Upvc Bargeboards, and re-cemented gable verge end.
Although the weather wasn't always kind to them they completed the work on time and done a great job, we would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them to others . Many thanks to Ivan and Nathan.

Just finished replacing wood fascias and fitted new gutters on the study and carport. This is the third contract completed on my house and they have now replaced all the old wood barge boards, fascias and soffits with uPVC and fitted new gutters and downpipes. Their fitters Ivan and Nathan have again done an excellent job, and have left the site clean and tidy. Thoroughly recommended.

From Simon giving me a quote to Josh and Nathan installing the new soffits and guttering, the whole experience was painfree and pleasant, all three really nice guys. I am always wary of companies doing this sort of work, being pushy, over priced and demanding money on the spot. None of that happened with Simon, there was no pressure, I got a really good price compared to any others and I didn't pay one penny until the job was completed. I highly recommend this company if you need anything doing to your roof etc.

Very happy with the service from this company from start to finish. We liked that the 'salesman' was actually the business owner himself so he had lots of knowledge and not once did we feel pressured into signing up on the spot for these services like we have been made to feel with other companies. 2 June 2021. Anglia Roofline replaced the wooden barge boards,fascias and soffits in white plastic and also renewed all black guttering and downpipes in white. From our first meeting with Simon, who measured up to the completed works that were carried out by Nathan and Ivan we have had nothing but total satisfaction. No hard sell from Simon. A very likable and professional person who we invited to price the work based on neighbours who had had similar work done by him. No fancy prices with discounts then thrown in. One price offered and a very good price it was. From placing the order and agreeing the timescale we were kept fully informed of exactly when work would commence. Nathan and Ivan, the fitters are a credit to the company. They were very professional, polite, trustworthy ( we left them to work at the property without us being around) and tidy and did a great job on the property. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Soffits replacement (way overdue on our part). Explained the product very well and answered questions in a calm and detailed manner. Advised on installation timings well and kept us in the loop once things were able to proceed. The fitters were friendly and helpful and also responsive to our circumstances (lockdown, bad weather meant dates moved, final installation date landed on child's birthday but the fitters offered practical solutions and ended up working around the day so it was not affected, so thank you for that).

Anglia Roofline inspected and replaced our soffits, fascia and guttering after we had part blown off by the wind. They removed the asbestos and replaced the rotten woodwork. They were professional throughout and kept us informed of timescales. The finished result looks good, the area was cleaned when they finished and they even reinstalled my waterbutts.

Simon and his team Ivan and Nathan carried out replacement of old timber soffits and fascias along with the guttering on my house with modern UPVC replacements. Throughout the job it was clear that this specialist firm very much understands the specifics of their trade. During the quotation process with Simon the job was well explained, no pressure sales and an open conversation about what I wanted to achieve from the work and the products they could offer to fit that. I asked other general home improvement firms to quote finding them to be similarly priced but on questioning much less aware of the specifics of this job. Ivan and Nathan the fitters were polite and professional, communicated well throughout and kept to their word on timings. The finished work is of a high standard, and the site was left spotless with all waste removed. If you're considering work on your roofline I would definitely recommend speaking with Simon.

This company carried out the installation of new UPVC Fascia’s, Soffits, Gutters, and Soffit Boards to my bungalow. The work was carried out with little fuss and the finish job is very neat and tidy. These new parts give the bungalow a fresh look and will save painting over many years. There was an unexpected problem with part of the work when a section of rotten timber was found. The fitters kept me informed of the issue and a solution was swiftly agreed. This did not hold up the job and new timber was installed to complete the work. I would have no hesitation in using this company again, but on my bungalow I am confident that the new UPVC materials fitted will last many years and not require replacement.

The experienced team of two did a very neat job in two days replacing soffits, facias, guttering and downpipes all round the exterior of our 1930s bungalow. Any problems (e.g. some roof timber rot) they encountered were dealt with effectively and no fuss.

A first class job. Scaffolding was erected over a ground level extension using special ladder beams so that it was supported clear of the roof and did not risk damaging the tiles. The finished guttering has been installed taking into account cosmetic appearance and structural integrity. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm to anyone looking for a quality guttering system.
