After living in the same property 20 years continually decorating the Fascia & Soffit boards every three years the home-owner decided it was time to reduce future maintenance.

After getting a number of quotes for redecorating the outside of his house the home owner was sure that fitting uPVC replacement Fascias would reduce his maintenance cost for the house and he would not have to redecorate every three years.
