The first two rows of tiles were removed to install an eaves protector to channel rainwater into the gutter and away from the wall cavity.
New uPVC fascias and soffits were fitted and the home owner was left with a dry protected home.
The project was started at 8:30 on Monday morning and the site was cleared and cleaned by 2:30 on the Tuesday afternoon.
